Terms and Conditions of Rental

• A bond is payable for your stay. This is refunded on inspection of the house after your departure. Payment of the bond constitutes the guest’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• Details of key collection will be given once full payment has been made.
• All your linen needs are provided for your stay. All beds have pillows, sheets and quilts or blankets. Tea towels are provided also.
• Check-in time is 2:00pm.
• Check-out is 11:00am. Late checkout may be possible by prior arrangement.
• Be a considerate guest. Remember your holiday accommodation is our home. Request permission before inviting additional guests.
• Be a considerate neighbour. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
• For the comfort of future guests, please refrain from smoking inside the home. If smoking outside please extinguish fully and dispose of butts responsibly.
• ‘Sangria’ runs entirely on rain water. Please help us conserve this precious natural resource.
• Please leave ‘Sangria’ in the same clean and tidy condition in which you found it.
• All rubbish needs to be removed from the premises as there is no garbage collection out of town. There are bins provided by the ferries and also on the waterfront lawns in front of the Mannum Club.
• Enjoy the local people, local activities and attractions!
• We hope your stay at ‘Sangria’ is relaxing, enjoyable and memorable.
